Free shipping with any purchase of $50 or more! 
Please note that shipping fees are $9.95 across the country (within Canada) for all purchase orders lower than $50. For orders shipping to USA, there will be a shipping charge on all orders.
All orders are processed within 24 hours. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

New Nordic takes great pride in keeping your personal information safe and secure. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt the information you send to us when you place your order. The information you send is encrypted on your computer, sent through the Internet as jumbled code, and decoded on our secure server. It cannot be read in transit.

NEW NORDIC SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

At New Nordic, we stand behind our products and our quality controls. If you are not satisfied with a New Nordic product you purchased from us or one of our authorized sellers in Canada, you may request a refund or a replacement product within 60 days of the date of purchase.

Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. 

To submit a claim, please contact our customer service team at 1-877-696-6734 or info@newnordic.ca and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. You have 60 calendar days to return the item from the date it was purchased. To be eligible for a refund or replacement product, a proof of purchase and a completed customer complaint form sent by our quality assurance manager needs to be returned to us alongside your product. Please note you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your product(s) and the requested information.

If you purchased your product from us and have a valid claim, we will provide a replacement product or initiate a refund to you via your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policy.

New Nordic reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Satisfaction Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where New Nordic concludes that the purchaser has abused the Satisfaction Guarantee.  New Nordic may amend or terminate the Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without notice.
