Hair Volume™ tablets: Daily dose (adults): Take 1 tablet per day. Take with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
Hair Volume™ Repair Mask: Apply a good amount to dry hair. Massage into the length of hair. Let it stand for 3-5 minutes. For very dry hair, leave on for 30 minutes. Rinse in cold water (cold water closes the hair strands). Use twice a week for soft, shiny and healthy hair.
